1. Software Development Engagements
Theorify delivers custom software engineering services under written project scopes with fixed deliverables, milestone schedules, and upfront pricing. Work begins upon agreement of the written scope and receipt of the initial project milestone.
2. Intellectual Property & Software Licensing
Theorify builds and deploys software systems under commercial licensing and service agreements. The intellectual property and underlying codebase are licensed to the client for their organizational operations, with ongoing maintenance, updates, and support managed under the agreed project contract.
3. Warranties & Support
We warrant that deployed systems perform according to the agreed functional specifications. Each project includes a post-launch warranty and hypercare period to address any bugs or operational queries at zero additional cost.
